Master's Degree in Geography with a Cultural Emphasis 1994 UW-Milwaukee.
Basic Biofeedback Therapy (muscle relaxation and stress relief training) 1998.
Ordained Spiritualist Minister 1999.
Continuing education coursework focuses on Myofascial Release (Barnes)
Other techniques include Neuralmuscular Therapy (Cervical) & Therapeutic Touch.

Over the last 20 years, I've worked with Physical / Occupational / & Speech Therapy patients, hospital patients, hospice patients, pain clinic patients, Day Spa clients, Bicyclists, Fitness Training clients, and the general public.  

I teach a variety of Community Education classes:
Introduction to Massage for Couples, Basic Biofeedback, Creative Stress Relief, Headache Relief, & Introduction to Alternative Therapies.
